Gift Wrapping

Most of our items can be gift boxed with a handwritten greeting on an attached card. Our gift wrapping service is $6.00 per box. A maximum of two items can be placed in each box. Backordered gift-boxed items will be shipped separately at no extra charge. Please allow one extra day for gift boxed orders. Next Day orders received before 11 a.m. PST, will still ship the same day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

You can order from Bonneville Hot Springs Resort & Spa with complete confidence. We stand behind every item we sell. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll promptly refund your money for merchandise returned or exchanged providing the items have not been washed or exhibit wear.

All returns must be within 30 days from date of purchase.  Returns accompanied by a receipt will be issued as an immediate credit to the original payment method.  Returns without a receipt will receive a store credit in the form of a BHSR gift card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.  A receipt is required for all swimwear returns.  Swimwear must be unworn with the tags still attached.  CDs and DVDs must be unopened. Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.   Personalized items, custom made items and personal hygiene items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Online or over the phone, ordering from Bonneville Hot Springs Resort & Spa is fast, safe and secure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Ordering On Line

Ordering online is easy using the Bonneville Hot Springs Resort & Spa Shopping Cart. The cart is displayed at the top right corner of your page. It will tally the number of items in your cart, and give you options to either view carted item information or make a quick check out.

  • After making color/size and quantity selections, add items to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button found beneath the product description and pricing information.
  • At any time while shopping, you may click "View Cart" for detailed quantity and pricing information on items currently in your cart.
  • When finished shopping, click "Check Out" found at the top right corner of your page to begin processing your order.

At check out, please complete all informational fields. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses are important so that we can quickly and correctly process your order. You will immediately receive confirmation of our receipt of the order.
